We can customize the front-end, i.e., how it looks in Cart or at Checkout (Checkout customization available only for Shopify Plus users). However, we are unable to make any customizations in the back-end, such as in the Orders section in your store.

How to customize the look and feel of your widget
Customize the look & feel of the plugin from the admin dashboard. The Round-Up plugin will show on top of your cart. You can modify everything you see here, including horizontal placement, vertical spacing, colors, and text:
Remember to save!
Then, after connecting your campaign, head to your Cart to see the results:
Email us at support@dailykarma.com to change your fonts or any other design bits you can't access from the app dashboard.
