My Round-up campaign isn't working

If your Round-up widget isn't functioning as expected, here are a few common issues and how to fix them:

1. Clicking the widget doesn’t do anything

If nothing happens when you click the Round-Up widget (i.e., no donation is added to the cart), your store may be running a script or third-party app that’s interfering with the widget’s functionality.

A known culprit is the Cozy AntiTheft app, which can block the script that adds the Round-Up donation to the cart.

✅ Try this:

• If you’re using Cozy AntiTheft, uninstall it and try the widget again.

• If you’re not using Cozy or a similar app, please contact us at support@dailykarma.com so we can help troubleshoot further.

2. The Round-Up option resets or doesn’t apply at checkout

If customers select the Round-Up option but it doesn’t apply to their order—or the checkbox resets after a page refresh—it’s likely due to changes made to the Round-Up donation product in your Shopify store.

✅ To fix:

• Do not edit the Round-Up donation product.

• Do not change the vendor field.

• Do not mark the product as unavailable in your online store.
  If you’d like to stop running the campaign, disconnect it from your dashboard instead of modifying the product.

3. The Round-Up donation shows as "Sold Out" at checkout

If the Round-Up product appears as out of stock during checkout, it's likely due to inventory location settings.

✅ To resolve:

• Go to Products > Round-Up donation product in Shopify.

• Under Inventory > Locations, make sure all checkboxes are selected so the product can be fulfilled from any location.
