If your payment method fails, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered.
You’ll receive a notification in your dashboard, and we’ll also email all contacts on your account. Please check that your credit card or bank account has sufficient funds, or update your payment method as soon as possible.
Once updated, we’ll attempt to process the payment again. If no changes are made, we’ll automatically retry around the 7th day of the month.
If the charge still fails, we’ll need to temporarily remove the Shop for Good widget from your site and deactivate your campaign(s).
Important:
This does not uninstall the app or cancel your subscription—your account will remain active unless you make changes in your Shop for Good dashboard.
If your campaign is deactivated, you’ll need to manually reactivate it after payment by clicking the Connect button in your dashboard.
