Why do I have a charge on my credit card or via ACH transfer?

When a customer donates, you hold the funds. On the 3rd business day of each month, we collect the previous month’s donations from the credit card or US bank account on file and disburse them to the selected charities.


Notification & Review:
Before charging your account, we send an email to the address on file with the exact donation amount generated in the previous month. If you have any questions or discrepancies, you must email support@dailykarma.com by 3 PM PST the following day.


On the 3rd business day, we charge the confirmed amount, and the funds are sent directly to charity via ACH through our nonprofit partner, The DailyKarma Foundation, within 1-2 weeks.


Note: Subscription fees are billed separately through Shopify
