You can monitor the status of your donations in the Analytics section of your DailyKarma dashboard. To access this information:
Open your Shop for Good dashboard from your Shopify store.
Click Analytics in the left-hand navigation.
Select the Donation Details tab.
This section displays a list of your donation invoices along with their current status:
Invoiced: An invoice has been generated for your store, but the payment has not yet been attempted. DailyKarma charges the payment method on file on the third business day of each month.
In Progress: The charge to your payment method has been initiated and is currently processing. This may take just a few seconds for credit card payments or up to four business days for ACH (bank account) transactions.
Received: The payment has been successfully processed and received by DailyKarma.
Failed: The attempt to charge your payment method was unsuccessful. You’ll receive an email notification and an alert on your Shop for Good dashboard. We will retry the payment around the sixth day of the month. If the second attempt fails, your active campaign(s) will be paused until a valid payment method is added and outstanding invoices are cleared. For more details, see our payment failure help article.
Granted: DailyKarma is preparing your donations for disbursement to the nonprofit(s).
Disbursed: The donations have been successfully sent to the nonprofit(s).
