How can I test my Portion of Sales campaign?

To test your % of Sales campaign, simply customize and connect it. Then see what it looks like on your product pages (and/or wherever you placed the widget, if you chose manual installation instead of automatic). For this campaign, this is all you have to do, as this campaign runs on the back-end. Just follow these simple steps:

1. Click "Learn More" -- or "Choose Causes", if you've set up your campaign to allow customers to choose the nonprofit they want their purchase to support -- to view the pop-up:

2. Click the "Give..." button on the modal to test the confirmation modal.

3. Confirm the text you customized for the confirmation modal appears correctly. 

This header text can be customized in your dashboard.

4. Feel free to place a test order.
Once submitted, you can view the donation in your Analytics under Customer Details—that’s where the test order will appear.

5. Be sure to cancel and refund any test orders before the 3rd of the month
This ensures you won’t be charged for test order donations, which otherwise appear to us as valid customer contributions.
