I can’t see my widget. What do I do?

First, check this list and make sure that:

  • Your campaign is connected

  • Your widget is set to display (select ON)

  • You’ve selected Automatic placement across all product pages (or if you’ve selected Manual, you’ve pasted our code snippet into your code files)

  • You're using a modern, updated browser. We support browsers including Chrome, Firefox, and Mozilla but not IE or old versions of Edge.
     

If all these things are taken care of and you still can’t see the widget, it’s probably down to one of these two reasons:

 

  1. Chrome permissions. Please see this short article and check your settings.
  2. Using an internet filter like Covenant Eyes - this blocks you from viewing the widget.

 

Additionally, if you're using an app that processes your orders outside of Shopify (for example, if you're running subscriptions through BoldCommerce and BoldCommerce, not Shopify, processes your orders) then you might not see the widget on the pages of the products whose orders run on BoldCommerce instead of Shopify.
