How do I set up my Post-Purchase widget?

Remind your customers about their donation with their recent purchase and make them feel extra good! Here's a quick guide to set up. Please be reminded that only one campaign can be set up with a post-purchase widget.


Instructions to set up your post-purchase widget


Step 1: Go into any of your connected or active campaigns and click to enable the Post-Purchase widget. 


All of the campaigns, except the Impact campaign, will have this post-purchase widget section.


Step 2: Populate the content in the template and then Save


Step 3: Update your Checkout Page Settings with the placeholder under "Additional Scripts"


Go to your Shopify store settings and click on Checkout. Add the following placeholder to the "Additional checkout scripts" under Order Status Page.

After your customer has completed the purchase, they will be presented with the post-purchase widget like the example below.
