How to use Klavyio to set up a post-purchase incentive or thank you email

Klavyio is a marketing automation platform that helps you automate your email & SMS marketing. You can download easily through your Shopify store.

Here's how you can set up a post-purchase incentive or thank you email with Klavyio:

First, you want to go in your Shopify store and go to your Gift for Good donation product. You will want to create a tag. This will help you create your customer list in Klavyio.

To Access Klavyio

1. You will need to download the app if you have not already. Once you download, you will log in. 

2. To create a new post-purchase or thank you email, you will go to list & Segments on the left side bar.

3. After you clicked on create list, you will now be able to filter and find the specific customers that have made a donation by filling in the tag section. 

4.  Now you can create your email! Here is a sample of what a post-purchase thank you email could look like:
