Round-Up settings in Shopify Markets

If you have your Shopify store set up or enabled in Other Markets (International), please ensure that you have your Round-Up donation product pricing adjusted. This can be done by adjusting the donation pricing in the currency settings from your Shopify admin. 

If step is skipped, the donation product will get rounded up to the nearest dollar when converted to international currency. (See image below. CAD conversion for example.)

Step 1: Go to markets and click on Manage (International)

Step 2: Click on Products and Pricing

Step 3: Select the Gift for Good donation product that has $1.00 price. This will likely be your Round-Up donation product. To check and adjust, click on View price.

Step 4: Click on the dropdown to show details. If the base price is $0.01 USD, you are editing the right the right donation product (your Round-Up product)

Step 5: Adjust your Round up donation product pricing to $0.01 cent. Save and you're all set!

NOTE: You will not need to adjust other donation products if you have them activated, as this only affects Round up because of the cents and Shopify rounding up to the nearest dollar.
