Why can't I save my campaign?

If you can’t save your campaign in the admin dashboard—or can’t save a nonprofit to a campaign—this usually means your account is missing a required setup step.


1. Check your payment method

  • Go to your Billing settings under Account in your dashboard and make sure you have a valid payment method on file.

  • Without a payment method, you won’t be able to save or connect campaigns.

2. Still having trouble?

  • If your payment method is added and you’re still unable to save your campaign, email us at support@dailykarma.com so we can help.

Important:

  • Never delete a donation product from your store. This will break the connection between your store and our app.

  • If you’ve already deleted a donation product by mistake, don’t worry—just email us at support@dailykarma.com and we’ll help restore it.
