If you can’t save your campaign in the admin dashboard—or can’t save a nonprofit to a campaign—this usually means your account is missing a required setup step.
1. Check your payment method
Go to your Billing settings under Account in your dashboard and make sure you have a valid payment method on file.
Without a payment method, you won’t be able to save or connect campaigns.
2. Still having trouble?
If your payment method is added and you’re still unable to save your campaign, email us at support@dailykarma.com so we can help.
Important:
Never delete a donation product from your store. This will break the connection between your store and our app.
If you’ve already deleted a donation product by mistake, don’t worry—just email us at support@dailykarma.com and we’ll help restore it.
