Our analytics dashboard provides in-depth and real-time analytics to help you make informed decisions and optimize your strategies. In addition to tracking campaign performance and monitoring donations, you can now also start analyzing customer behavior from within your Shop for Good dashboard!

  3. Engagement by Cause: Dig deep into your data to segment your audience, identify patterns, and uncover actionable insights based on your most popular causes.

Using the Engagement Analytics Tab

Just click the Engagement tab to see which campaigns are inspiring the most clicks and what percent of those clicks result in completed donations. Identify your most engaging causes and follow your customers’ engagement journey step by step.

Data Points 

  1. Campaign Views
  2. Clicks to Learn About or Choose Causes
  3. Clicks to Donate
  4. Completed Donations

Important Note: The data excludes any Portion of Sales campaigns you may have run. Portion of Sales campaigns do not require clicks to donate, so excluding these campaigns provides more accurate data for click engagements. To see your Portion of Sales click engagement data, click the Portion of Sales tab.
