Using the Engagement Analytics Tab
Just click the Engagement tab to see which campaigns are inspiring the most clicks and what percent of those clicks result in completed donations. Identify your most engaging causes and follow your customers’ engagement journey step by step.

Important Note: The data excludes any Portion of Sales campaigns you may have run. Portion of Sales campaigns do not require clicks to donate, so excluding these campaigns provides more accurate data for click engagements. To see your Portion of Sales click engagement data, click the Portion of Sales tab.
