Can I take donations through Shop for Good campaigns at my brick and mortar store?
Yes! Shop for Good campaigns are compatible with Shopify's Point of Sale App.

Is Point of Sale available for all campaign types?
Point of Sale is only available for Custom Amount / $1 Donation, Donation Tiers, and Round Up campaigns. It is not currently available for Portion of Sales, Donate for Discount, or Donate for Gift.

Is Point of Sale available for campaigns associated with specific products only?
POS is only supported for All Products campaigns.

Will my campaigns be available online as well?

If enabled for your online store, yes. If you want to run your campaign ONLY at your brick and mortar location, this can be done by setting the campaign to Manual mode.

Will custom amount entry work for Point of Sale in my Donation Tiers or Round Up campaign?

Custom amount entry in Donation Tiers and Round Up is not supported for Point of Sale. However, if you have your campaign enabled for your online store as well, and have enabled the option to allow customers to add their own amount, it will function on your online store.

Does Shop for Good integrate with Toast, Lightspeed, or any other Point of Sale apps besides Shopify?

No, Shop for Good does not automatically integrate with other Point of Sale apps besides Shopify. Such integrations may be possible with a custom solution with our Scaling or Enterprise plans. To discuss this possibility, please email us at support@dailykarma.com
