Donation Processing Fees for Credit Card and Bank Account (ACH) Payments

When donations are processed through a brand’s credit card or ACH account, the following fees apply:

• Credit Card: 3% processing fee

• ACH (Bank Transfer): 0.8% processing fee, capped at $5.00 per transaction

Note: These payment processing fees are not deducted from the donation. Instead, they are charged to the payment method you have on file.

If you’re on the Startup Brands plan, an additional 10% DailyKarma donation processing fee is deducted directly from each donation.

Our Recommendation

For brands processing large donation volumes, we highly recommend using ACH, as the $5.00 cap can result in significant savings on processing costs.
