When a campaign goes live, we start tracking orders and donations. See the “Reports” section in your Shop for Good dashboard for information on individual donations per order. 

If you are testing our app with test orders, please refund and cancel those orders before the 3rd business day of the month so we don’t charge you for those test order donations, as to us they will look like real customer donations. 

If a test order slips through, please email support@dailykarma.com ASAP so that we can avoid charging you for any test order donations.
