Why am I unable to save anything in my dashboard?

If you are unable to save anything in your admin dashboard - whether it’s saving a charity or saving changes to a campaign, for example - and thus you are unable to connect any of the campaigns, check whether you’ve added a credit card. If you’ve added a credit card and you’re still having problems, email us at support@dailykarma.com

Note: never delete a donation product or the cause fund linked to your store, as this will break the functionality of our app in your store. But if you did this, it’s okay: just email us at support@dailykarma.com and we’ll help you out!
