Once a donation is charged, it is automatically sent to charity and cannot be refunded. To ensure accuracy, on the first of each month we send a donation statement to the primary email on file in your Shop for Good dashboard before processing the charge.
What You Need to Do:
- Review the statement carefully.
- If there are any discrepancies, contact support@dailykarma.com by 3 PM PST the following day.
- If we don’t hear from you, the payment method on file will be automatically charged on the 3rd business day of the month.
We process donations promptly to comply with CA AB 488 regulations, ensuring charities receive their funds as quickly as possible.
