I can’t connect my campaign. What do I do?

If you’ve added your credit card and still can’t connect your campaign, you may have a charity under review. Check inside your app dashboard if this is the case. If your app is still under review, once we approve your charity request, you’ll be able to connect your campaign.
Alternatively, you could cancel your request by clicking on the X to the right, and select another charity already in our system so you can connect now:
If you do this, email us at email@example.com to add your originally requested charity and notify you when it’s ready to go in our system so you can go back into the app dashboard and select it from the dropdown menu.
If this still doesn't solve the issue, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
