For all Campaign types except for Impact Campaigns, you will need to set Widget Placement and Preview to Manual Mode, then click on Save before connecting.
For Impact Campaigns, you will need to copy the number in “data-id” part of the snippet:
<div class="dk-impact-static" data-id="630"></div> and paste it into the Campaign Id field of Impact Campaign when you are ready to place it on your page in Shopify 2.0
